Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms set out the conditions for using the website and digital picture books (together, the "Service") provided by エーアイラボ合同会社 ("we", "us"). Anyone who uses the Service (a "user") is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Fees)

The digital picture books published on the Service are free to read at the time of viewing. Any communication charges are borne by the user.

Article 3 (Copyright)

All rights in the text, illustrations, audio, programs and any other content included in the Service belong to us or to the rightful rights holder.

You may use the Service privately or non-commercially, for example reading aloud at home or in a childcare or educational setting. Beyond that scope, reproduction, redistribution, modification, merchandising and the sale of derivative works are not permitted without our prior written consent.

Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)

Users must not do any of the following.

(1) Reproduce, repost or redistribute content from the Service without permission (2) Manufacture or sell goods using the characters, or otherwise use them commercially (3) Interfere with the operation of the Service, or attempt unauthorised access (4) Act in breach of law or public order and morals

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the content of the Service.

We are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

The content of the Service may be changed, suspended or discontinued without notice.

Article 6 (Changes to these Terms)

We may change these Terms where we judge it necessary. The changed Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the court with jurisdiction over our head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
